Becham v. Synthes USA, 482 Fed. App’x 387 (11th Cir. 2012)

The United States Court of Appeals found, among other things, that new Georgia law regarding restrictive covenants applies to restrictive covenants entered into on or after May 11, 2011.  Restrictive covenants entered into before May 11, 2011, remain subject to previous, more stringent, standards.
